On the morning of May 14, at the invitation of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Jakarta, Li Junru, Executive Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee of the China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy, and Cui Tiankai, Advisor to the Council of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs and Former Chinese Ambassador to the United States, led a delegation of Chinese experts and scholars to a high-level roundtable discussion hosted by the CSIS at the Center’s office in Jakarta.
Against the backdrop of profound changes in the world order, the roundtable focused on "Global Governance and Regional Architecture in the New Era", with in-depth exchanges on strengthening China-Indonesia partnership, promoting closer collaboration between the two countries in international affairs, and fostering regional and global peace, stability, and prosperity.
CSIS Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of CSIS Foundation Board, Mr. Jusuf Wanandi, Chairman of the CSIS Foundation Board, Mr. Djisman S. Simandjuntak, and former Foreign Minister of Indonesia, Mr. Hassan Wirajuda among others participated in the roundtable with the Chinese delegation.
