Against the backdrop of accelerating multipolarity, Singapore's Ambassador-at-Large Chan Heng Chee pointed out that the development of small and medium-sized countries depends on a rules-based international order. She believes that China's global governance initiatives embody the shared values of multilateralism and fair, open cooperation, contributing Chinese wisdom to the improvement of the global governance system.
