Registration Instructions for Other Guests (Journalists excluded):

1. Real-name Registration: Please use the name that is consistent with the name on your identification document.

2. Supported Documents: Identity Card/Passport, Foreign Permanent Resident ID, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents/ Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents.

3. Information Verification: After the conference secretariat have reviewed and confirmed your personal registration information, a dedicated person will contact you regarding the subsequent payment and registration procedures.

4. Conference Fee: The participation fee for the 2025 Understanding China Conference (Guangzhou) is 35,800 yuan per person, which covers the opening ceremony, welcome reception, keynote speeches, parallel seminars, special forums, two nights’ accommodation, conference materials, special gifts, buffet lunches, all refreshments during breaks, site visits, and airport pick-up and drop-off services.
