At the invitation of the China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy(CIIDS), the Pakistani parliamentary delegation paid a visit to the National Museum of China in Beijing on July 8. Deputy Curator Ding Pengbo of the National Museum of China met with Mushahid Hussain Sayed, Chairman of the Defense Committee of the Senate of Pakistan and his delegation.
The delegation visited the exhibition halls of "Ancient China" and "The Road of Rejuvenation" with exquisite objects, reflecting the 5,000-year history of Chinese nation’s civilization and development and the course of struggle for the realization of the Chinese nation’s rejuvenation.
The Pakistani parliamentarians showed a great interest in the precious relics of "Ancient China" and greatly praised the time-honored Chinese culture and profound Chinese civilization.
In the exhibition hall of "The Road of Rejuvenation", Chairman Mushahid Hussain Sayed said, "China's great achievements should be owed to the leadership of the CPC. " He also briefed the delegation on the Chinese history of entrepreneurship, struggle and development under the leadership of the CPC. The parliamentarians said that the visit was very meaningful and they were inspired and full of respect for the CPC's people-centered governing philosophy.
Also taking part in these activities was Shan Wei, Member of the CIIDS Academic Committee, Director of the International Centre for Cultural Exchange and Research.
